Our Divine Rosé Signature Cuvée Les Aumarets is a Provence rosé par excellence, crafted for wine lovers to enjoy at home in uncompromising quality. This wine reflects the terroir and craftsmanship of Divine Rosé in its most accessible form, without sacrificing sophistication. Originated from the edge of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, we produce this authentic Provençal rosé from the sun-drenched vineyards of Grimaud and Cogolin. Nestled at the foot of the Massif des Maures on limestone soils with a southeastern exposure, the vines benefit from the constant sea breeze and intense Mediterranean sun.

This elegant blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah has a bright, pale pink color with subtle violet undertones. On the nose, the wine bursts with ripe red fruit – blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, and a hint of blackcurrant – enhanced by fresh lemon peel. The palate is generous yet refined: silky smooth, layered complexity, and a refreshing acidity that finishes with subtle spices, a touch of exotic wood, and lingering ripe fruit.

Vineyard & Vinification: Grapes for the Divine Rosé Signature Cuvée Les Aumarets are sourced from our prime vineyard blocks in Provence at slightly lower elevations. Following hand harvest and selection, they undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel, which emphasizes freshness and fruit-forward character. We use minimal oak influence here; the focus is on pure fruit and elegance. The result is a rosé that charms from the first sip, yet also has enough structure to stand up to gastronomy.

Tasting Notes: Divine Rosé Signature presents a bright, pale pink hue that is typical of top Provençal rosés. The nose offers delicate aromas of fresh red fruits like strawberry and raspberry, alongside gentle floral hints of rose petals and a whisper of citrus zest.
